Tiffany first began teaching step aerobics in 2006 and over the years added multiple certifications in varied styles of both trendy/new and good ole tried and true group fitness classes. Most recently she graduated from her RYT200 program in May 2018, Barre Above®️training in November 2018 followed by trauma sensitive and inclusivity focused training in February 2019. She believes that in order to have a strong & healthy body you must first begin with an optimistic, open minded, determined spirit.
Approaching movement and fitness with a beginner’s mind allows Tiffany to continuously stay inspired learning new ways of uniquely leading even the tried and true methods of exercise.
u Although initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, Tiffany quickly realized the deeper spiritual and emotional benefits and loves to share the peace & sense of gratitude she finds in her practice with others. Tiffany’s goal is to facilitate a yoga class that makes people feel empowered. Tiffany believes by sharing breath, movement, motivating music and energy people can empower one another to be strong and positively focused on and off the mat. She is most passionate about providing a warm and welcoming space for everyone of all fitness levels to feel safe and supported.
Her most important rule is to have fun and never take yourself too seriously!
